Great heart advice.
I give it 5 stars because I believe it gives practical advice on how to express love.
For those who are curious and want to crack open the hard egg shell around their hearts and take a look inside, this is a good read for them.

July 15, 2011One of my most favorite "little books" from Elizabeth Clare Prophet. The concept of love is so approachable, and easy to read. Has helpful exercises and meditations to help become love in action.

This tiny book was so incredibly sweet and calming, kinda like cotton candy, but healthier.
You know, there are books that await for the perfect moment to appear in one's life. This is one of them. I found it at the library and had no idea I'd enjoy it so much.
I love their writing style, every line feels cozy and familiar.
There were some helpful meditations and techniques.
It was a pleasure to read.
