The pictures chosen for illustrations are quite nice.

The book, America in the 1900s was a very informing book. This book was about America from 1900-1909. Along with it being very informing, it was also very interesting in its own ways. The most interesting part of this book, in my opinion, was about Theodore Roosevelt. This part of the book was about when Theodore Roosevelt went from the well-known vice president to the biggest honer in the world, president. When Roosevelt became president, he made some big commitmates. He believed that the economic and political influence of the U.S should find its way overseas. He thought that the less-developed nations should get help from a bigger and way more established country. In 1903 Theodore Roosevelt asked his peer, and secretary of state, John Hay to sign a treaty so the U.S could build the canal to help Panama with their land. This topic is only one of the many topics in this well descriptive book. I highly recommend this book for whoever likes the economy and politics. Also, if you like this book this is a whole series to read.
