Ever wonder how music became what it is today? This book explains how and where American music genres came from and where they are now.

I had to read this for my "history of rock n' roll" class (best class ever!). I learned a lot! This book, although it looks pretty cheesy, is actually packed full of good information.

I read this book for a 3 week Music History class and it was surprisingly very interesting, and an easy read!
