Circumstances however, won't wait for Mick and Quest to be honest with one another. A sequence of events will collide in a final stormy Ramsey onslaught where Quest's and Michaela's marriage could be the casualty.

All I can say is WOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!
The truth of the matter is not every author is qualified to write sequels. The first 2 to 3 books are amazing but then sometimes the next books falter, lose steam or the true essence of what prompted a series in the first place. I for one am a true lover of series, my first A/A love story was by the truly gifted author Francis Ray "The Graysons" and then it took off from there. I believe every series I embark on is critiqued based off of Mrs. Ray. Author AlTonya Washington is nailing it with "The Ramseys" series, each story gets hotter, more exciting, mysteriously on point and I can go on and on. I discovered this series late and I am glad I did actually because the bulk of the series is out, so good for me Woot! Woot!
Quest Ramsey is a straight Alpha man, he does what he must do to protect his family and the family businesses. He is unaccustomed to his family not following his orders because let's face it when Quest talk, nobody questions him. But what happens when his wife Michaela goes ahead and publishes a book about his family "The Ramseys" that he specifically told her not to do? Well what one expects is all out hell breaking lose. If Michaela had any idea the downward spiral that would have ensued she would have never done it. But that isn't their only problem, the fact of Quest having knowledge of his wife's true parentage and not telling her because in his mind, he thought it would push her over the edge and Quest was not about to let that happen. Even though his family told him to tell her before it comes from somebody else. And with Quest and Michaela's marriage already being shaken, when the truth comes about who her parents were and Quest knew it about it but never told her, their marriage is now in serious trouble. Can their marriage survive is the question? And if it doesn't what will that mean for the rest of the young Ramseys who are now happily married? They all seemed to have taken their ques from Quest and Michaela's union.
Quest settles in to take complete control over Ramsey Enterprises, his first to do's are to completely dismantled the dark and shadiness that his two uncles were involved with and in involving Ramsey enterprises. Now this will not go over well with those who were down with the dirtiness but with Quest reputation, nobody will dare cross him in trying to stop the complete annihilation of anything that his uncles ruthlessness was involved with. The first thing Quest is doing with the rest of the family's help is restoring the family's name from the surliness of his two uncles.
In this story also we get to meet a few of the "Tesano Family" which will roll into their stories taking front and center soon. Its interesting to see that two of the female cousins Sabra and Bella were once married to 2 of the Tesano men. Now what happened with the demise of their marriages are a mystery we will get to explore further as each story progresses.
All in all this is a brilliant series and I am looking forward to reading the next books. Author AlTonya Washington is doing an outstanding job, keep up the good work.

A Lover's Soul was a magnificent ending to the Ramsey series. I love happy endings and this book did not disappoint. Not to say it was not without drama and suspense, it was most definitely there. Love that the series began and ended with Quest and Mick. Looking forward to the next seven books in this amazing series.

I was so happy to see this series come full circle. The unconditional love Quest and Mick shared leaped off the pages. Another great Ramsey book.

I enjoyed this book as there was a role for all of the Ramseys and we learned a little more about the Ramsey girl cousins and the Tesanos.
We are once again taken back to the beginning of the Ramsey series with this story mainly about Quest and Mick. The troubles they are having shake the others as they realize that no relationship can be free from trouble unless the couple works and commits to honest communication between each other.
But, the reader will be treated to some answers regarding the "bad guys" but we are kept in suspense on the impending troubles that will confront the Ramseys.

Loved this installment of the series. Seeing Quay and Mick go through it was crazy because Quest is the backbone of the family, and Mick his rock. Secrets caught up to both of them, and when it all exploded, the explosion was huge. All the brothers and cousins were really at the forefront of this book, and it was great to see them all pull through and be there for Quest and Mick. Many more questions were answered in this book that makes things more clearer, and of course the passion was at an all time high. Anxious to see how this saga continues.

What an AMAZING ending...once again I was CAUGHT UP in the drama, intrigue and romance surrounding the Ramsey family...the turmoil that Mick & Quest face throughout keeps me on the edge of my seat...I am DEFINITELY looking forward to reading the next segments of this THRILLING romantic saga...WELL DONE, Ms. Washington!
