Kids love to cook and this book is rich with vocabulary words related to cooking. There are pictures and illustration to describe the utensils and techniques used in food preparation. The recipes in the book allows the little chef to utilize the techniques demonstrated to cook a meal. The beginner will peel, chop, sift, grate and a whole lot more. There are a variety of meal courses from salad to desserts and extending the meals from breakfast through dinner.

In the Classroom:
The classroom would create in individual pizza. They could use a rolling pin to roll the dough, grate the cheese with a grater, chop the toppings, construction the pizza in layers and use a pizza cutter to cut it into slices.
