Overview: Variety of examples of finding 2 minutes of peace anytime, anywhere. Broken into different chapters such as Peaceful Wellbeing, Peaceful Relationships and Peace at Work.

Likes: Simple, practical, a book you can pick up now and again, easy to follow, lovely as a gift, variety of ideas.

Dislikes: Nothing overly ground breaking in the book.

Format: Hard Cover (160 pages)

Recommend For: I received this book as a Christmas gift and it is a great one to dip in and out of. Also lovely ideas if anyone is looking for some mindfulness inspiration which can be incorporated into everyday life without dedicating a bunch of time to meditation.

Favorite Concept: The 4 pillars of a peaceful mind are (1) accept imperfections; (2) believe you are good enough; (3) reduce expectations; (4) put yourself first

Super cute and easy self help book! I really enjoyed it because it was short! It took me two hours to re read today!

It’s insightful and inspiring! I enjoyed the tone of the book in a relaxed manner. I think it is a good resource to learn about the role confidence can have on your self esteem. The book contained practical tips towards building confidence in your everyday lives. It’s also a smaller book and it’d easily accessible if you’d like a refresher on the content! I would give it 3.9/5⭐️

A book published in 2020 should not be telling you to pop plastic (bubble wrap) to relax, not responsible. Self-care for myself but not for the planet?

Unfortunately moving on from that point, it's just not a very good book (in my opinion).
