Twelve years old is too old for a textbook in a class in 2018. In addition, the attitude of the authors in that they often use the phrase "deal with" when talking about diversity or employees is disheartening. I guess that shows, though, that the landscape has improved since this was written, and that is good news. It's not a bad book; it's just dated. Saturn no longer exists, fro example. NOt such a good example.
