For a book on the both the theology and methodology of ministry, it was a bit disappointing to only read a few pages devoted to the actual methodology (pp. 119-125). The first two-thirds of the book, while helpful and thoroughly biblical, take the lion's share of the book (pp. xi-117). Zemek builds a good theological foundation, but I would have loved a more thorough attention to the practical outworkings of his philosophy of ministry.
