Dave Bellomo (Williamsport, PA) consults high-level athletes such as Mixed Martial Artists and World's Strongest Man competitors as well as elite military and law enforcement professionals such as members of Homeland Security and US Special Operations. He designed kettlebells that appeared in the major motion picture, "Never Back Down." Designed for either sport or goal specific programs,you can go directly to the section that meets your needs or interest.Containing over eighty illustrations with easy to understand instructions you can easily understand and get started.

Dave stresses the importance of a doctors check up before starting this or any exercise program.He also suggest that trainees spend at least 8 weeks on the basic moves before moving on to the more challenging ones.Since kettlebell's are designed to in a way to work the core while building strength, power, and endurance it is easy to strain a muscle if not done correctly so go slow and train safe.
