This book had a crack plot and characters who acted like they were on crack as well. Much of the time it was bizarre fun and omg-why-is-this-happening-and-what's-more-why-am-I-reading, but towards the end it really lost its giddy factor and became pretty absurd and obnoxious.

This was due in large part to the heroine, who is probably the biggest shrew/prude heroine (while also turning into a tremendous tramp with every male who gropes her) I've ever read. She was also colossally TSTL, and her her

I randomly picked up this book in a used book shop one day, and I wasn't disappointed. The story is unpredictable and full of twists and turns, it moves back and forth between light and dark, and you see the characters go through many changes.
It's a shame more people haven't read it.
