John Schlimm is a Harvard-trained educator, artist, activist, and international award-winning writer.

His newest book is EXTRAORDINARY DOGS: Stories From Search and Rescue Dogs, Comfort Dogs, and Other Canine Heroes. Collection of recipes that include beer as an ingredient-but just "beer." If your taste in beer runs even slightly more sophisticated than slamming some mass market lager you'll find this book vaguely infuriating and not useful at all.
