A very good book. I especially liked her discussion of 5 element healing. Since I liked the book so much, I also tried Deborah Davis's video, The Spirit of Qigong. It was excellent. Very beautiful, peaceful, and helpful.

I liked it so much that I went to her retreat. It was one of the best experiences in my life. A life changing event. I can really feel it.

This book has great information and easy to follow routines and meditations that can be put into daily routines very easily. Love the Eastern Medicine ways ~ be kind and listen to your body.
