It's December, and it's annual review season. Always fun and always challenging. It marks a critical time for professional growth and development. This period is essential for engaging in significant conversations with your team members. These evaluations should be based on objective, constructive feedback supported by facts. It's important to view these sessions as collaborative opportunities for both managers and employees to challenge each other and grow together. Not only does this book assist those writing an employee's performance reviews, it certainly is a great tool for those doing a self-assessment as part of their perf. review. The descriptors (or phrases) are in bullet-point form and are written matter-of-factly without blaming or shaming.
