It’s not good by any means, but it’s almost so bad that it’s good... almost. Love the old ads in it though!

Nothing wrong with this really, just not to my taste. Definitely for adults, there were some funny parts, but there is also lots of bits that I just did not find that funny. Really hits Jimmy Carter pretty hard! If I were to read this at a different time then my rating might be different. Very much have to be in the mood for this type of humor.

If you remember the Saturday Night Live "TV Funhouse" sketches, you might remember the "X-Presidents," who were the then-four surviving ex-Presidents who were given superpowers and such. It's silly, it's stupid, but it's a lot of fun nonetheless in comic-book form.
