My kids usually believe all kids books deserve a 5... this was a nice abbreviation of the story, and I am fairly certain there is a DVD we will now check out later based with Barbie and 12 dancing princesses. Little lady was quite thrilled, and had back to back requested bedtime reads.

Great for beginner readers and Barbie fans, even big brother tolerated it well since there was a villain!

I love how they took the movie and made it into a very easy to read book that still explains and follows the storyline of the movie. As a step into reading book, this one had some rhyming, but not as much as the previous one I read.
