Definitely not what I expected. Patterns are quite dated. Also most Patterns are NOT in the round knitting but simply knit on needles with cable

Several interesting afghan patterns. Drawback is that many patterns use steeks - I'm not willing to cut through my knitting. All patterns call for Plymouth yarn with many of them using Encore.

Great initial intro on how to knit in the round - haven't made any of the patterns yet, but there are a few intriguing ones I will likely end up trying.
