The text portion of this book is quite brief but to the point. There are many opinions which are most likely true, and important, yet the book lacks credible research and citations, so you just have to decide for yourself if the information feels right. I think it could have been stronger if it felt more like a well-researched argument and less of personal opinions. However, after saying that, I think this book is a great intro to the problems of the current state of the food industry and offers a rich source of ways to remedy it for yourself. The recipe and nutritional fast portion in unique and worth testing out for yourself to add into your practice of good health.
