I think in pictures (unusual for one trained in engineering)... but for me visual conversations are a part of everyday life... everything has a story to share and our ability to recognise the hidden messages stimulates intrigue and curiosity...

The book brings out the opportunity that that visual constructs and triggers offer in communicating ideas and themes and shows how these can be effectively used to create engaging interactions... it explores different methods and processes that can be followed to define and control the messaging and develop products that are not simply inanimate objects but unique characters that talk to us... stimulating thoughts, impressions, giving us the freedom to experience within the realm of our imagination and own experiences...

It's an easy read and while I did not come across any new concepts or approaches, the text consolidates popular ideas to provide a basic introduction on the subject and inspire further exploration...
