This was a delightful short read and this story kept my attention all the way throughout. Dena Celeste knows how to pull her readers in right from the get go and not let them go until the very end. There was never a dull moment in this story and the characters were easy to love. The sex scenes were so HOT, they had me fanning myself while reading.
The two main characters are Sam and Katie. Katie is Sam's newly collared slave and Katie wants so very hard to please her Master Sam. He has given her everything she could have ever wanted in a Dom. Sam has pushed her beyond her limits but always respecting her limits unlike a certain person who in her past hurt her by not stopping when Katie said her safeword. Even though this has scarred her, Sam has always been patient and understandable when it came to all of that. But the one thing he wants her to do is find a female at the Club Stroke that she is attracted too and take her to bed. This is where her past comes up and the memories come back full force. Can she do this? Can she really make herself forget all the pain and find a woman she can be attracted too and not to scared to try something new. Not only to please her master but to do something she has always wanted to do. Sam will be there and it's all up to her if this happens or not. All she has to do is put forth her best effort. That should be easy right?
I could feel the closeness between Sam and Katie. They were not only a Dom/Slave but they loved each other and respected each other. Sam wants to help Katie expand her horizons and get over this one part of her life that still rears it's ugly head. It's a love story but done within a Dom/Slave relationship. Sam has sworn to protect Katie but also help her open herself up to knew experiences. I love the way the whole story unfolds and I love the journey that Katie takes and how the author puts you in that journey all the way through.

Her Master's Gift is a intriguing glimpse into the BDSM lifestyle. I enjoyed following Katie's path of sexual freedom and expression. You won't soon forget this spicy tale!
