It's a useful book for business people. However I don't think its efficient for daily problems.I think it's hard to manage conversations by using some techniques given in the book.Because most of our talking is instinctive. It's hard to control yourself. It's harder to control other one's mind. Also I don't think it's okay to make some tricks, play some games to convince someone and reach your goal. It's a bit unfair and dishonest. The book could be helpful for politicians, salesmen etc.
