Not a bad cookbook. Kinda dated, but not too badly. If this interests you, I just donated it to CALS for their book sale.

I'm a little biased, this was the first cook book I ever used regularly, at the age of 15. I'm particularly fond of this flan and the guacamole is basic but perfection.

Dude, this book totally rocks. The guacamole ... the spicy ground beef filling ... the fish tacos ... I could go on and on. If you love Mexican food, please buy it immediately -- and then invite me to dinner.

I love the recipe for the Chicken Aguascalientes! So tasty!
I have my mom's 1977 edition of this book, so a lot of the ingredients and techniques are a little dated. However, with a little updating, there are some great flavor combinations in this book.
