This a unique book to help you navigate your decisions in life and understand the way of Universe's Laws, which are behind everything. The author wrote the book from her personal experiences. The book has 114 pages and is divided into 10 chapters. In every chapter, Sarah penned about her journey of overcoming traumas and finding peace and joy.

I was stunned by the author's understanding of human nature, especially as she went through the different evolutionary levels of the soul. I found myself and people I know fitting in her descriptions. This book is extremely relevant now due to the shift of consciousness that humanity is going through that requires all of us to transcend the ego and polarity, and connect to our souls.

The book I Wish I'd Known by Sarah Vie was excellent. Regarding the trauma we endure as children and how it affects us as adults, Sarah raises pertinent points. I could identify with many of Sarah's examples and tales from her upbringing that she uses to describe her spiritual journey and healing methods. She used the example of being bullied to bring up old memories I had been trying to forget, but by utilizing her advise I was able to face them and move on. She included a clear summary of all her healing techniques, which helped the book come together as a useful tool for daily usage. If you wish to leave the past behind, I urge you to study this guide.

The book talks about important life stuff such as:
- the meaning of life,
- how to lead a happy life,
- dealing with a crisis,
- what it means to be enlightened,
- what it means to be your “real” self,
- the nature of acceptance in life is one of the most life-altering concepts,
- how ego operates in us,
- mind beliefs and their impact,
- what being in the moment really is,

This book is certainly worth a try for people who are looking to expand their minds and ground themselves in their own inner knowing and sense of self.

Sarah Vie's inspirational self-help book I Wish I'd Known can be utilized as a step-by-step manual for reaching our goals in life. The fact that the author is a reputable energy healer, meditation instructor, and manifesting mentor lends authority to the book. You may certainly take charge of your life and accomplish your goals with the aid of this book. The writing is informal and simple to read. I felt as like I had just talked to a very close friend who genuinely cared about me and given genuine assistance without passing judgment after turning the final page. Highly advisable!

Your past does not have to define your future.

Sarah Vie does a inspirational job on helping the reader identify old patterns and limiting beliefs to change your future. Sarah also explains that the energy we hold and emit affects not only our own ability to heal ourselves, but our energy also affects and is affected by those around us. Her self healing guidance offers practical steps to identify patterns that have held you back and implement new ways of thinking and being in order to live a life full of love and peace.

Thank you to Goodreads and Sarah Vie for allowing me the opportunity to receive this book in exchange for an honest review.

I'm not big on chakras, but the advice in this book following the author's own journey of healing is inspiring. I've been seeking ways to reconnect with my childhood self again and figure out who I am outside of everyone else's influence. I now have some more tools at my disposal to do so.

How to overcome past pain to improve our lives

We all carry emotional, trauma and pain from our childhood. Even those who claim they had the perfect childhood carry some baggage. Great words to help throw out that baggage and improve our adult lives

This was a cute bit of self-reflection literature, I only wish that it was longer, because I feel like sometimes we didn't get to see all the benefits of Vie putting her techniques into practice.

Second time now I have posted non receipt! What is the problem? Again as of today, July 3rd, I still have not received my copy! I would like to know who is responsible for mailing these books out. My address of 118 Briston Private in Ottawa Ontario has not changed. I received other books I have won so cant understand what the problem is! Nobody has contacted me to rectify this problem! Very disappointed!
