I don't usually review "intimate" stories (*blush*) but I felt the story deserves a review. I liked this more than I expected, and especially that it has no "50 Shades" BDSM crap.
Darcy is half in love with Elizabeth but leaves Netherfield anyway, in his own carriage to avoid spending the time in the carriage with Miss Bingley. Mr. Bennet is awful in this story, and Elizabeth is forced to be engaged to Mr. Collins who she abhors, so she goes out to where there is a pond and fills her pockets with stones and walks into the pond to kill herself.
As he is leaving town, Darcy sees her walking into the pond and gets a bad feeling, so goes back and rescues her. When she tells him why she was going to kill herself, he insists she marry him. When told she is already engaged, he says he will force her father's hand by ruining her. They go to an inn, where she is surprised at how gentle he is, and also (of course, since it is that genre) she is surprised at how much she enjoys it. They get married and have fun in the coach on the way out of town. Some of the situations/dialogue is funny, and the story is fairly well-edited, without so many of the spelling and grammatical horrors usually found in this genre.
