It's hard to have a completely objective view of this book as I am friends with John and have worked with his team using his "Ghost Excavation" methodology. What I can objectively tell you about this book is that is flies in the face of conventional assumptions about how ghost investigations is "supposed" to be. This, and many of John's books, reads a bit more like a scientific journal at times it is only because of his vast background as a professor, researcher, and true scientist. It may take ...more
