Over delivered on my expectations. Fun to read and actually has some recipes I plan on trying. Some are easy and straightforward, others have unique twists. Loved the idea of freezing raw eggs, peeling, slicing, and then frying!

I received a free copy of this cookbook from a Goodreads giveaway and Insight Editions. Such a fun cookbook with notes and articles throughout. The directions are spelled out clearly for every recipe and almost every recipe has a picture. And since a lot of the recipes are vegetarian/vegan this is a great gift for any Rick and Morty fan.
