An interesting revelation from the straightlaced Victorians, these stories are as smutty as any produced in today's ostensibly more sexually liberal culture. The title story is a relatively repetitive BDSM story, not quite as brutal as de Sade, but quite racy. Once you read the first part of the title story, however, you might as well stop, because the second part features the same activities, just including progressively more people, until the culmination where a mother and daughter are forced ...more
