Hand Reflexology: Stimulate Your Body's Healing System

Rate this book
Use pressure points on the hands to stimulate the body's healing system. That's reflexology, and it has been a popular therapeutic tool for more than 5,000 years. Here are more than two dozen treatments-each lasting from 10-15 minutes-that can balance and detoxify the body, combat stress, and improve emotional well-being. Relieve the symptoms of common ailments, including headaches, indigestion, muscle aches, colds, and motion sickness. Alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and menopause. Soothe a fussy baby. Hand
reflexology is safe for everyone, including children and the elderly-and, because it can be done discreetly in small spaces, it's a great alternative to traditional foot reflexology. Color photos illustrate every treatment, and information on reflexology theory and basic techniques help you maximize its benefits.
