Peter Moore explains the various philosophical world-views in a way that can be easily understood by most readers. He gives great examples of each and how they compare to Christianity. I think what I learned from this book will help better explain things to anyone who asks me about my beliefs as compared to theirs.

This is my second time through and it resonates still. This book deconstructs the popular worldly views that seek to undermine the message of Christ. It them breaks down to expose their logical inconsistencies. It provides a user friendly explanation of how to gently expose the truth those who will listen. So many books that try to teach basic apologetics are so heavy handed that offense is the only message that will be communicated in the name of sharing the truth. There is none of that here.

A serious, thoughtful comparative analysis of the many rationales for straying from a traditional Anglican spiritual path. Wordsworth said the world is too much with us. In contemporary Western society, here's how.
