This is a serious enough important book.It is a must read particurly if you have had a cardiovascular problem or are at risk.

This book was very informative, repetitive for each decade of your life, which I guess makes sense. Overall very good. It is definitely something that should be followed.

Very basic information, and not very long - repetitive format with the same information repeated for each decade i.e. 30's, 40's, 50's etc.
