There are stories that grab you from the first page and transfer into a different world, stories that make you think and remember the simple truths that many of us have to face. DEADLY HOMECOMING, Love Inspired Suspense by Barbara Phinney, is one of such books.

The description of the book honestly makes me laugh because a wedding is not the premise and Peta is only suspected of murdering one person. How this slipped past the editor, we'll never know.
This was an overall good read, though. I couldn't put it down as it led to the climax. and I actually started yelling at the cliffhangers (no pun intended).
I would definitely recommend this to anyone, Christian or not.

Average mystery but the writing was somewhat choppy and the storyline pretty far-fetched. Just so-so.
