This leadership book is a must read. It not only applies to leadership at work but you can also apply it to your daily lives. I am applying a lot of the leadership guidance talked about in the book to my life right now. Definitely sharing this book with my boss and friends.

Written in a conversational tone and packed with leadership nuggets. General Baker's love for people and his work in the Air Force comes glowingly through his advice. Much of what he espouses can be found in other research-backed books but is not delivered with this author's experience and passion. The book's best parts are his reminders of simple principles to remain successful in a broader sense in today's dynamic environment. Visit those doing the hands-on work. Prioritize yourself and your family. Make decisions. Expect disappointment.

An easy read for leadership buffs or those desiring a less dense text.
