This was very informative. I would recommend it IF you need a very “facty” book, but otherwise, it’s pretty boring. I had to use a lot of willpower to finish the book. However, learning about the Colosseum was interesting, as it was much more fun to learn about in the 39 Clues series!

The book gives a myth and then relates the god/goddess to Roman life and culture. We read this as part of my son's history class.
