Good insight on the effect of different programs on young kids and what to keep your kids from seeing at certain ages, if your are looking for a book that will support your idea that tv is evil and you shouldn't let your kids watch it at all this is not the book for you, it will tell you what is age appropriate, basicly what your kids can handle at what age.

Written in the late nineties, it's a bit outdated in terms of media.

Trying to read about early development. I wasn't a big fine of this. She does mention a lot about Piajet's work, but I was expecting newer studies and information.
