Blood trail by Ruchi Singh is 3rd book in the undercover series and long awaited one.
Armaan Joshi - under cover IB officer on a mission from a very long period is back but always on duty.
Dr. Trisha - a very talented, hardworking surgeon, a caring sister to a special need brother, also on a mission to find the truth behind locked doors.
This thriller has romance, love, trust, betrayal and he'll lot of suspense to enjoy and explore.
One target, many suspects, many angles and one motive.
After reading 2 other books in the series I was eagerly waiting for this one and the wait is worth.
Author has put so many angles to the story that you will be so engrossed in the book that you will not keep it down untill done. I enjoyed every bit of it and it was WOW.
Fantastic read. Go for it.

Armaan met Dr Trisha in a party, they instantly clicked but Trisha is not ready for more which leaves Armaan feeling rejected. As story progress this chance meeting between them brings unexpected turns in Trisha's life.
There are many characters and parallel little stroies but by the end writer has clinched all the loose ends.
Relationship between Udit and Priya is creepy😳
This is third book of Undercover series. The plot is fast moving and narration maintains a suspense throughout. The story was revealed layer by layer and kept me hooked.
A must read if you like fast pace stories like me!!

Danger follows a Doctor when she meets an enigmatic and handsome stranger at a party.
I have been following the “Undercover” series since the first book, “The Bodyguard” and absolutely loved all the books so far. With high octane danger, spine tingling suspense, and sizzling romance this series has become a favourite of mine.
So, when I heard that a new book was coming in this awesome series, I happily preordered Blood Trail by Ruchi and jumped right into it!
Continuing her trend of writing action packed, full of suspense stories, this book also has plenty of heart thumping action, suspense and red hot romance. Blood Trail by Ruchi Singh will have you fanning yourself one second, and then sitting forward in your seat all agog with interest!
The plot is exciting and captivating. Ruchi’s narration is vivid and fluid. So, I was sucked into the story right from the start and sat engrossed throughout.
Fast paced and full of thrilling action, the suspense part overshadows the romance in this book. While the protagonists share a hot chemistry and I loved them both, I felt their relationship didn't get enough page space to develop properly. I felt an emotional depth lacking.
Then, for the first time for a Ruchi Singh book, this book has several grammar errors that could have been handled with proper editing.
However, despite these, I enjoyed this romantic suspense and Njkinny recommends it to all romantic suspense and thriller/crime/mystery lovers. This is an edgy action packed story that will have you on tenterhooks throughout!

Blood Trail by Ruchi Singh - The undercover series book 3
Just like book 1 and 2 in the series this one too is a thriller with a sweet love story
The book which starts with a regular boy meets girl story gets intense as you read on and keeps you on your toes as you read further.. after this you just cannot put the book down and sleep is out of question till you complete it
The characters keep your interest piqued. The sequence of events, one after the other, the twists in the tale and the way the different mysteries interweave are the highlights of her books
Armaan and Trisha are adorable right from the start, and the little sparks that fly when they are around each other make it exciting
The next book in the series will finally find Karan a partner too, and I can't wait to read about him
Just like book 1 and 2 in the series this one too is a thriller with a sweet love story

Very well plotted
This story is quite different from the others that Ruchi Singh has written before.
I found it a delightful read and could not put it down. There's action and suspense and romance...an unbeatable combination, and the characterizations are well done, indeed.
I can't help thinking of all the research that went into writing a thriller like this one! Kudos to the author...

This is the third book in the series named The Undercover Series Book. This can be read as a standalone too, thus i picked it up and I m glad that I did.
The plot is layered neatly with detailed characters and situations. The author has blend in suspense, thriller and romance in a well balanced manner in this book. The pace is maintained well throughout the book and the narration is kept simple and easy making it a great read for any beginner too.
The plot is based on characters named Trisha and Armaan, who belonged to different categories of society yet crosses path again and again. Both the lead characters are strong, bold and fierce in their respective manner and both have their own goal to fulfill.
There are numerous characters involved in the book and each has been given sufficient scope to contribute to the plot, which is a great point of this book.

Fantastic read
I really look forward to reading books from Ruchi Singh. Though the genre is Romance the author focuses less on eroticism and more on a strong content. Looking forward to reading Cursed and Karan's story from the author

The action is hard and fast and reels you into the world of crime from the word go. Trisha and Armaan's meet cute is done well and there is a good balance between the action and the romance. Will keep you turning the pages as the plot unfolds. Another great page turner from Ruchi Singh.

When IB Agent Armaan meets Trisha he can't help but feel the pull towards her and go after her, and they both give in to their desires. But what follows after is a deadly game, both of them have their own duty and responsibility, that can't factor love in.
This is one of those beautiful genre blending books, that has best of both worlds a good romance and even better action packed adventure.
The direction the plot took completely surprised, needless to say it was filled with suspense and intrigue. It was a dynamic and gripping read.

Loved it!
Very well written thriller story. Characters are well detailed, plot well laid out. in the end, all the loose ends come together and make total sense. The sense of mystery is very well carried through out the plot.
Sacrificed a night's sleep for it but so worth it. Hoping to read many more from you, dear author.

Lights, Camera Action
Yes you got that right, an action packed book! God knows I love thriller and action books, movies,series anything you give me in this genre I'll devour it!.
Sorry for the excitement, haha!
Let's get back to the book,
We have two main characters:
Dr.Trisha - a diligent, and talented surgeon who has been trying to aide her specially abled brother.
Armaan Joshi- an IB officer , who is right now undercover inorder to bust the drug cartel he needs to hunt down DK!
Dr.Trisha has her own share of mysteries behind the lock doors while she has got into trouble while falling for someone she just met in a party, but she also falls for Armaan.
So what happens to Dr Trisha, will Armaan help her?
The book is a fully packed action drama and is the third franchise in the Undercover Series.
The things I liked:
🍁Zero cliche romance
🍁No unnecessary action, or the ones' you find against the laws of physics 😐.(which always happens rest of the times, and it's really annoying).
🍁 Appropriate character development for both the protagonist and even the criminal DK.
🍁 Suspense is well maintained, wasn't so much predictable.
🍁 Narration & language both are easy -despite being a long number of pages, you can read in 2X just like I did.
🍁You can grab this one even if you haven't read the first two franchises like me, you do not feel like a lost puppy missing out on the plot
What a didn't like-
Editing- typos and grammatical mistakes spotted.
Even if we love the plot and author editing is very important to maintain the sanctity of a script and so was it here, because otherwise we get distracted.

I am a huge fan of suspense thriller genre, so the title made me grab it. It’s a book from Undercover series. This is book three but you can directly pick this up. Following up with story won’t be an issue. The story starts from the incident of ten years ago in New Delhi. The story is written in different timeframes. Armaan Joshi is undercover IB officer. They are behind an operation to break a drug cartel. They were behind DK and Danish but they can’t be traced at moment. Dr. Trisha is a very talented, hardworking surgeon, a caring sister to a special need brother, also on a mission to find the truth behind locked doors. She is straight forward too. Armaan is looking for some peace and quiet instead his path crossed with Trisha. The book is suspense thriller so can’t discuss the plot further. I liked how the story is narrated. At first it was bit confusing for me but later on after 8-10 pages, I started to get it. It’s a tough way to narrate story because author has written it day wise like day 0 and 1 etc, in flashback and from the perspective of different person and place too. Like scene of DK is also narrated simultaneously here along with Armaan and Trisha. That’s a tough job and author pulled it through successfully so hat’s off to that. The narration style of the author is crisp and captivating. The language of the book is lucid so that everyone can pick it up. I liked all the twists and turns plotted. Overall good one.

Trisha is the protagonist here in the storyline. She is attending the society party. But she's horrified when an unknown guy flirts with her. And yes, the stranger is handsome guy.
So, she's attracted towards him & eventually she comes closer without recognising the upcoming threat. Trisha unknowingly invites danger and death to her doorstep. How? Know it all yourselves by just diving deep into the storyline.
Another half of the storyline is dedicated to Armaan, the male protagonist. He's into some illegal drug cartel. What will happen when he collide with Trisha Mehra. Grab the book and read it for yourselves!

“Blood Trail: Enemies to Lovers Romantic Suspense (The Undercover Series Book 3)” by Ruchi Singh is a suspense thriller. This is book three from the undercover series. But this book can be read independently as well. There is no issue reading this book even if you have not read any of the books from the series.
The story begins ten years back in New Delhi and then travels back and forth in time. there are several time frames in the story. there are several characters in the story, all well portrayed by the author. However, the two central characters of the story are Trisha and Armaan. Trisha is a young and talented lady trying to figure out some truth locked behind the doors of secret and Armaan is on a mission to uncover some illegal drug cartel.
How are the two characters related?
What happens when they meet?
Will they succeed in their missions?
You must read the books to know the answer to these questions. The book is narrated very well and the language used by the author is lucid. You will enjoy the story for sure!

The story starts from the incident of ten years ago in New Delhi. Armaan Joshi is undercover IB officer. They are behind an operation to break a drug cartel. They were behind DK and Danish but they can’t be traced at moment. Dr. Trisha is a very talented, hardworking surgeon, a caring sister to a special need brother, also on a mission to find the truth behind locked doors. Armaan path crossed with Trisha. This is a fabulous book mixed up with suspense & thrill and sprinkled with romance. The way the author, Ruchi Singh crafted this story is simply perfect.
The story is all about the female protagonist Trisha and the male protagonist named Armaan. Trisha is a skillful surgeon who falls in love with a stranger whom she had met at a party. In a world filled with lies and forgeries, trusting a stranger would be the dumbest thing anyone can do.
By doing this dumbest thing, Trisha herself invites her death. Armaan is an Undercover IB officer. There comes a point where Trisha and Armaan bombard each other. To know what happens next.. just grab the book.
This is the first book I have read in this whole series. Would love to read the other parts of the series because this one was so impressive. This story for sure will keep the readers engaged till the end. Highly recommended!

Coming to the story, I loved Armaan and Trisha but I loved Trisha more. She was strong willed, independent and poised, exactly complimenting Armaan's broody, intelligent and daredevil persona. And their chemistry was palpable too.

Blood Trail is an amazing book written by Ruchi Singh. First I want to appreciate its catchy cover and its mreaningful title ,which is enough to attract any reader. It consist of 287 pages,which is quite handy and the language of the book is simple and smooth.

The author has narrated the story at great pace. It is full of twist and turns. From begining to its end ,excitement is maintained throughout the story.

Trisha is mortified as a stranger flirts with her at a society party. The very fact that he singles her out, and she gives in to her pent-up desires and attraction towards the handsome stranger, lands her in a soup so deadly that it brings danger and death to her doorstep.
On the other hand a brutal undercover assignment, busting a major drug cartel, Armaan is looking for some peace and quiet. Instead his path crosses with Trisha Mehra's.
The way author portraits the characters is amazed, The best part there is nothing overwhelming in the story.
The entire plot that started off in the first book is brought to its logical conclusion with ease.... and the end is so filmy that it adds a little bit of bollywood tadka to the tale.
I sat glued to my seat all through this book and enjoyed this contemporary romance.
