Suprisingly easy recipes for flavorful butters and butter sauces in 6 categoroies: savory, spicy, nut & seed, seafood, sweet butters & buttercreams, and butter sauce.

Personal favorites:

savory: Honey Mustard, Garlic Herb, Parmesan Bacon

spicy: Paprika

nut & seed: Hazelnut, Pecan
