Ah, Robin, you are not my fav off the beaten path editor of all time. My guess is that you travel alone or with another adult, and this is a bit different than my approach.

Two suggestions were particularly challenging for us: The Aroma Coffee Shop in Bismark and Lake Metigoshe... One too grown up, and the other far too over developed.

Maybe you need to revisit Icelandic State Park too...

But, in general, the ideas and history, particularly that of South Dakota has been of great interest to us as we've seen so much of the Dakotas this summer. We even learned things about the town where we live.
