"24 Carrot Caper (Marcall's Breakfast Cafe Cozy Mystery #2)" by B. I. Skinner is set just before Easter in Colorado. Charlotte has been running the vegetarian breakfast cafe she inherited from her grandmother for a year now. Then her rabbits, who can talk to her but no one else, tell her that the neighbor cat found a body in the park. Since she has already told her police detective boyfriend that the rabbits can talk to her she passes the cat's message on to him. This sparks an investigation into gem smuggling in Colorado and trying to figure out who is the big bad mob guy in town.

This second book in series was fantastic! This is such a fun mystery series! Ishtar wait to start the next.

This is a fun series. The talking rabbits are hilarious.
