Fun Cozy Mystery with Talking Cats!!!

I love cozy mystery with animals and this book does not disappoint me, it is a fun, light heart cozy mystery with talking cats and fast-paced story line that keep me entertained as I tried to figure out the mystery. I enjoy the book and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

This is a fun book, I enjoyed it! If I could talk to cats I would love it, not be annoyed! However it makes for some funny reading. The story flows well, and I like the characters.

Shorter story at 75 pages, so a quick easy read. The idea of talking cats trying to hire to find a burglar and missing jewelry is an interesting concept and one Kat Jones was not expecting.

A delightful little Cat Aunt mystery!

I enjoyed this very much! Great characters and wonderful cats! I liked the story line. This is a great little series for people who love cats and mysteries together. Can't wait for the next book!

Found in a Little Free Library. Struggled to overlook the corny & awkward writing, got through the part where Kat discovered the crime scene and thoroughly contaminated it before calling the police, and gave up at p. 23.

A reluctant crazy cat lady sleuth who can hear cats who speak to her. Reluctant because she does not want to hear cats, reluctant because she does not want to be a sleuth but obviously the universe has different plans for her!!

My first venture into the world of Kat Jones and Iris Leigh. Admittedly, as one reviewer said, the book is short, but I don't have any problems with shortish books if they are packed full of goodness. Also, there are talking cats, who unfortunately do not appear to contribute much to the solving of the crime. Which is a shame. I think the author ought to engage the felines more, especially as they are often present when the crimes are committed, overlooked by the criminals who do not think they can let on what they see anyway and often are therefore unable to let their humans know. But it is different with Kat Jones.
Good story otherwise. Shame I missed book 1 but there is always book 3 to look forward to, I hope!
