I thought I would join the Christmas in July craze and I chose this book. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it, but I felt like I was missing something while trying to read a Christmas book when it was 110 degrees outside!

A very good book on the why's and hows of dehydrating food at home as well as giving recipes for they produce as well as for the using of the dried foods afterwards.

I love reading Christmas stories and this book did not disappoint. There are 15 stories in this book about others' experiences with Christmas. The stories were wonderful!
