After seven months of an affair they can only pursue on occasional weekends, Jackson Spey and Adin Swift are more in love than ever. More frustrated, too. Their periods of separation are becoming intolerable. Adin can’t help but feel responsible…just as he can’t help worrying Jackson’s patience is wearing thin.

Celia, Adin’s live-in girlfriend, has been aware of the men’s r

To be Where You Are follows on from the excellent InDescent. At the end of the previous book our heroes Adin the ex-vampire and Jackson the wizard had realised that they mean more to each other than the occasional weekend fling. The trouble is Adin is still living with Celia, who he loves and respects but has begun to realise is not the life long partner he once thought she would be. Celia also realises that she has lost Adin to Jackson and also that perhaps Adin and Jackson have always been des ...more

I first read about Adin, Jackson and Celia in K.Z. Snow’s book Obsession. I loved, loved that book and the complex relationship dynamics in that story. All three characters, but especially Adin and Jackson, are intriguing and beg you to find out more about them.

In To Be Where You Are, Adin and Jackson have decided that they want to be together for more than and weekend here and there and must deal with Celia, who is still part of the mix as Adin’s live-in partner until now. Adin has reached a po

This is the continuation of Adin and Jackson following InDescent which I read Thursday. The guys finally realize that they want to be together but Adin's fucked up sense of honour won't let him leave Celia. Just when he thinks she's ready to part she seems to change her mind throwing Adin off kilter. Also Jackson's friend is trying to get him to find his lost boyfriend who looks like he might have gotten himself mixed up in some voodoo hoodoo. Another adventure for Jackson with tons of info abou ...more

KZ Snow has created an interesting character in Jackson Spey. I've read 3 books with him, but I believe his history goes back even further (but not in an m/m way). In this book, Jackson finally realizes that he's all about love for Adin. And Adin reciprocates. What should be an easy out from Celia turns difficult when Noah spells her, making her paranoid and grasping, to make Jackson help him find his missing lover Perez. The plot moves along smoothly, and offers many moments of anticipation whe ...more

*4.5* I'm really happy to get my HEA and that Adin and Jackson got theirs but I'm really going to miss these boys. Great ending to a great series.
