A good way to get an overview of Drucker's ideas. Some of the chapters were more Drucker-centric than others.
People looking for a good management book might want to look elsewhere. This one is more academic.

This series of articles written by faculty at the Gradaute School of Business named for the late Peter Drucker applies his theory of management to current conditions. It does a good job of both summarizing and applying Drucker's work.
