A very interesting book which covers the history and manufacturing of slot machines in the USA. The book is a large hardback book which is illustrated in full colour with many photographs. The book is made up of many sections and gives the impression that it may comprise of separate articles that were previously written for a magazine of some kind. still an interesting read but there does seem to be some repetition.

The pictures in this book get 5/5 stars for getting to see slot machines as they were from the beginning to end of the twentieth century, but the writing is far too dense for anybody but the nerdiest coin-operated machine fan to get into.
