Each ideas are brief and repetitive. It'd have been better if sorted into themes instead of suggesting to refer idea number this and that for elaboration. Epilogue box is unnecessary as it repeat what has been conveyed earlier. Despite all that you still got good takeaways from this. It helps to restore common sense that seems no longer common amongst us, especially on accepting and celebrating differences.

I've read many books along these lines, but this one was extra good. Practical and very true. Plan to read this again!
