This bilingual book about how bedtime can be difficult treats the subject with an ample dose of humor. Everyone can identify with the little girl who has to go to bed, but insists that she is not sleepy. Amusing illustrations show how everything looks smaller and smaller as her eyelids droop and she drifts off to sleep.

Cute early graphic novel. The girl does not want to go to sleep and as she is falling asleep the pictures get smaller and narrower as her eyes get heavy. Nice use of ir+a+infinitive for those who teach Spanish.

Despite the fact that half this book is pictures it's a cute book. I like it because there are several Spanish phrases and not just literal translations.

Super cute book about a little girl who's NOT going to go to sleep. Many of the pages are wordless, and the picture shifts between looking at the little girl and seeing through her eyes.
