Several coworkers told me about this book over the Christmas season so I thought it would be a quick read. It was a cute story about a little girl who believes her deceased mother will visit her for Christmas and gets the best surprise ever. It's a beautiful story of hope and faith.

While the illustrations are BEAUTIFUL, I really don't enjoy the story. It's too mushy if that's possible for a Christmas story. But, a lot of other people really love it. We just don't at my house.
