Country, and British Columbia Ghost Town Atlas. He was the publisher of Sunfire
Publications and died in 1995.

Extremely straightforward, no words wasted on flowery language. Considering the title and subject matter, I feel that opening the book with an unembellished history of the most prominent gold strikes and rushers in North America was a poor choice; it would have worked better were it placed after the how-to section.
