I picked this book up to give myself something to do while waiting for a trip to Disneyworld. The book has lots of helpful information, but I found it's unofficial tone, too cynical. It seems to me, there is place between being a WDW PR publication (like the Birnbaum series is) and being so hip that everything is kind of beneath you.
There were a few ideas that were helpful for couples without children, and the travel information was particularly useful.
That said, the book did keep me busy. But there was nothing in the book that could not also be found on-line, at an unofficial Disney forum; and some of the tips on-line are more up to date and helpful. Plus you get to share the Disney excitement with others on-line.

Not a lot of new information here if you've read the Big Book version of the Unofficial Guide to Disney World. But I liked the adult approach and ideas for those visiting without kids. I also really appreciate the blunt and up front way these books are written. VERY helpful for anybody going to WDW.

Not really much I didn't know, but it reminded me of things I want to do this time around. It also reminded me that after three visits, I've still never browsed the China pavilion. So weird. I usually start by Canada and the UK, and I guess I just get tired by the time I hit China, a mile later!
