I've been a Coldplay fan for sometime and a casual guitar player for considerably less time. What I found with this book, is that a lot of Coldplay's early stuff and certainly the majority of Parachutes is actually quite complex and difficult to just sit and strum out. For experienced guitar players, this book is no doubt a piece of cake but for a beginner or casual player who just wants to enjoy the music and play along without much care, you may be disappointed by the non-standard tunings and complex chords.

The album, for those who haven't heard it, is just fantastic.
