Leo Stone is not a Werewolf . . . Really, more of a dog. A nice friendly dog. Size extra large. And he's not lost, he's found the answers he was looking for, and now he's running for his life.

A man that can shift into a large dog. Not many people can do that and that drives him to look for his past, looking for answers that explains his abilities that seems supernatural. The others that can do what he does tried to kill him and he's on the run. It's a story with well placed details and world building.

It grew on me

The beginning didn’t really draw me in, then stuff started to click and I read straight thru to the end.

Not your usual werewolf story. No more than a glance at romance and none of the usual ‘pack alpha’ nonsense. A touch of MiB/X-files to round things out.

Definitely buying the next novel.

The Tail of a Were... Dog?

A new take on shape shifting. Sympathetic characters, evil bad guys, adventure and just a hint of something supernatural. I read it in a single day and really enjoyed it.

Not your everyday werewolf thing

A change from the typical shifter fiction. Refreshing and Promising. The sequel was promised for 2019, but hasn't appeared yet.

Really Good!

I really enjoy Pam Uphoff’s books. My favorite are the alliance books. This book was an interesting take on shifters. It is really good!
