This is a fun book! Maggie just wants to go to a murder mystery weekend with her friends but it's never that simple, is it? The weekend starts out fun filled and humorous (I love Eddie and I want him at all of my parties!) but takes a bit of a turn when-of course-a real body turns up.
This story has a bit of romance, lots of humor, and even an exciting side plot. Curl up on your favorite sofa, grab the pet rabbit, and get reading!
Maggie got invited to a murder mystery weekend. It turns out the murder was real. This was so marvelous. It is light hearted and full of lovable characters. I read it in one sitting. I cannot wait for another. I really like Halloween themed mysteries.

Booked for Murder is the third book in the Maggie's Murder Mysteries series and is an engaging cozy mystery.
I really enjoyed this book. The characters are developing well and are very likable. The storyline is well written and captured my interest from beginning to end with humour, murder, mystery, and Halloween. I read and reviewed this book with no obligation.
These characters are so easy to fall in love with. Maggie, Alistair, and Miles are so much snarky fun. And Aunt Nancy, do not get her angry! She is a definite mama bear. This mystery was a tough one to crack. I didn’t come close to figuring it out. Really well done. Great read!

Who doesn't love a good murder mystery weekend? Well, probably not the person who actually got murdered. This was another enjoyable read, with a good balance of thrill and humour, and it's nice to see Maggie learn more about herself throughout the series. Recommended!
A murder mystery weekend in a previously thought haunted house with all the luxuries laid on - how can anyone say no to that?! And Maggie was quite determined to enjoy herself, and she did, until she tripped over the dead body.
Another fun visit to Castlefield and Maggie's group of friends. I enjoyed this read very much; totally love Eddie and Miles as well as Alastair, who is soooo sweet. But as usual, Pandora steals the show!
